By accessing or using ONE (OneCommunity), you agree to these Terms of Service. Last updated February 16, 2026.

What these terms cover

ONE is a community network platform for creating profiles, sharing posts and media, joining and creating groups, participating in Q&A, and organizing or attending events. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, and in the EU may need parental consent if under 16.

  • Account registration — provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure
  • User content — you keep ownership and grant ONE a license to host and display it to operate the Platform
  • Prohibited conduct — no illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or spam content
  • Community standards — treat others respectfully and report violations responsibly
  • Moderation & enforcement — we may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts
  • EU Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance — report illegal content via our reporting tools
  • Intellectual property, payments, termination, service availability, limitation of liability, and indemnification

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Latvia.
